Chorlton house-share looking for a new housemate ASAP.. cheap rent!!! in Chorlton, Cheshire for sale

We're a friendly 4-bed house share in Chorlton, looking for a new housemate asap as one of the girls is moving to Malawi and the person who was supposed to be moving in has let us down. The room is a small but pleasant front bedroom with a double bed and a bay window. The house is a good-size semi with a massive back garden (see photos). We split the £850 rent equally 4 ways so £212.50 each a month. Bills come to around £75-£80 a month. You'll be living with Adam (that's me!), I'm 31 and just about to start my first year as a secondary school maths teacher. I'm really into music as well so any musicky types welcome.. we've got a multitude of guitars, an old honkytonk piano and a cello in the house! There's also Aisling (30) who's a writer and also works at a music venue in town and Anna (28) who is an animator - she makes the Postman Pat TV show! Ideally we're looking for someone chilled out, tidy & sociable. We all enjoy a beer but we're also pretty busy most of the time so no all-night party animals I'm afraid!
